How to use it
Use the Xylitol candy 3 to 5 times a day, immediately after meals or snacks for maximum benefits. Ideal serving size is 2 pieces. The candies are not suggested for children under the age of 5 as it can be a choking hazard.

How to use it
The OC soothing mouth rinse comes in easy to use individual single serve packets making them ideal for use whether at home or while traveling, at work, or any time away from home. Simply empty one mix packet into 32 ounces water (equal to 4 cups of water). Shake or stir, rinse your mouth and then spit as often as you need. Each packet contains a pre-measured dose of mouth rinse, eliminating the need for measuring or guessing the right amount. Each packet is sealed and used only once, reducing the risk of contamination and ensuring that the mouth rinse remains fresh and effective.
