I forgot my password, what do I do?
Go to My Account under the User Profile section at the bottom of the homepage. Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter your email ID. We will send you a reset password link which you can use to set up a new password. You can then use the new password to login.

Can I make a one-time purchase?
Yes, you can make a one-time purchase.
Do I need a subscription to purchase boxes?
No, you can purchase any of the boxes without a subscription.
How does the OC Oral Care subscription plan work?
Choose your kit. Signup for a monthly subscription plan. Your kit will be delivered at your doorstep every 30 days. You will receive invoices each month with a checkout link when the time comes to pay for the next recurring order. Once payment is completed, we will ship your next kit.
How do I set up a subscription account?
You do not need to do anything to create a subscription account. It gets automatically created when you select subscription during purchase and checkout.
How do I update my shipping address?
To setup a new shipping address, login to your account and go to View Addresses. You will have an option to add a new address. To change your shipping address in the middle of a subscription cycle, just drop us a mail with the details at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 weeks prior to your delivery date.
How do I change my delivery date?
To change your delivery date, drop us a mail with your preferred date at email@example.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 weeks prior to your billing date.
Is it possible to change the shipping address in the middle of the subscription cycle? How can I do that?

Can I switch kits within my subscription cycle?
No, it is not possible to switch kits within a subscription cycle. However, you can cancel your current subscription and start a new one with your preferred kit. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details at least 2 weeks prior to your delivery date.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Are payments secured?
Yes. We are a Shopify Powered Merchant. All transactions are conducted over secure SSL connections and we are Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
What is your 30-day money back guarantee?
If you are not happy with our product for some reason and wish for a refund, drop us a mail at email@example.com with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will process your request and refund the money to you.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Yes, you can. Once you add your product/s to the cart, go to the cart. Click on ‘Is this a gift?’. It will give you an option to add a message.
How do I apply a promo code?
You can apply the verified, eligible promo code options made available to you during checkout. In case of a promotion code sent to you by email, just copy it and add it during checkout. A promo code can only be used once for an order. Promo codes cannot be added to subscription orders.

How can I track my order?
We’ll send you an email when your product is shipped with the tracking information. You can track your order using the link shared in the email.

We ship to all 50 states in USA.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all items unless otherwise noted. If you would like to return your order, please go to ‘My Account’ page and follow the prompts to complete your return request process. You will receive an email with a return address label and instructions. The refund minus shipping costs will be credited to your registered bank account within 30 days of receiving your return. For gift returns that are received within 30-days of the transaction date, refund will be made to the payment source within 30 days of receiving the return. If you do not receive a refund within 30 days of the return, just drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes, you can. Our kits are effective, practical and useful gifts for any cancer patient, whether currently on treatment or a survivor. You can also include a personalized message at checkout.
What is the best way to contact you?
Are all your products allergy-tested?
Some of our products are processed in a facility that also processes nuts and oils. Please check the ingredients on each product to make sure you are not allergic to anything it contains. If you have an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention. While we take steps to minimize risk, please be advised that a rare cross-contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of our products. Do I need to consult an oncologist before using these products?
